Limited Warranty

ACME Video Solutions warrants its products for (12) months from date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is rendered void if the product has been changed, altered or modified significantly without expressed written consent from ACME Video Solutions. Warranty is also void if the product has become defective due to acts of God, negligence, abuse or misuse.

ACME Video Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness of our products for a particular purpose. ACME Video Solutions shall not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost income, loss of use, lost data or any sums paid by Buyer to third parties.

Extended warranty is also available for purchase. You may extend the standard one-year warranty to three years with the Additional 2-Year Warranty. It must be purchased and activated at the same time you purchase an ACME Video Solutions product.

Service & Return Policy

Prior to returning any merchandise either for service or credit, an RMA number must be obtained from ACME Video Solution's Tech Support Department. An RMA number can be obtained by calling +1 (626) 610-1888 or emailing support@acmevideosolutions.com. No refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days from the original invoice date are authorized unless previously agreed upon by ACME Video Solutions in writing. A 20% restocking fee will also apply to all qualified returns and exchanges. Please have your invoice ready when calling to expedite this process. Merchandise must be shipped back to ACME Video Solutions freight prepaid in its original container, including all original disks, manuals, accessories and a copy of the invoice. A minimum 25% restocking fee will apply to damaged items and items with missing accessories. Please mark the RMA# on the shipping label when returning unit to ACME Video Solutions.

A flat diagnostic fee of $85 applies to all non-warranty repairs. The diagnostic fee is not refundable, but will be credited towards your actual repair cost. The standard service labor rate is $85/hr for non-warranty items.
